Please read Terms and Conditions for general policies on bookings. It is a condition of booking that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these conditions.
- Please call from an unblocked number to make appointments.
- All initial bookings must be made by calling - subsequent bookings may be made by text, by arrangement.
- You will receive a text confirming the appointment, please text your name back on receipt. This will confirm and hold your booking for you.
- If you do not confirm you have received your text within 10 minutes of receipt your booking may be allocated to someone else.
- We try to time bookings so you do not meet others going in or out, please arrive at the allocated time or one minute after, not before.
- If you are going to be more than 5 mins late, please let us know, we may have to adjust our schedules accordingly, and please be aware that we may sometimes have to adjust your appointment slightly to allow for the late arrival of others.

If you need to cancel please do so promptly.

Please allow 15 minutes of extra time for your massage to account for preparation and showering. This time is not included as part of your massage time.

Masseuses do not live in - please book at least 30 minutes before your required appointment time.

We do not have a waiting area, please do not arrive with a friend. If your friend has a massage booked after you please be aware that you will be asked to vacate the premises and wait elsewhere.

Please do not give out our addresses to others - we respect your privacy, please respect ours.
- We do not have 'drop ins', please do not turn up at the address without making an appointment.
